Student Discount - myunidays registration not working

Hello there,

 

I'd like to sign up for Premium for Students but the registration for UNiDAYS is not working. I enter my e-mail adress, confirm my password, click on "register" and nothing happens. At all. There is no error message, nothing.

When I tried to sign up at unidays without registrating (just in case I had gotten an account already and forgotten about it) it tells me that the mail adress is not in use, so that can't be it. 

 

Do I have to sign up for the regular Premium first or why is this not working?

tried that but it still doesn't work ...

same problem. the registration at myunidays isn't working. tested with several browsers.

Same problem, tested with Firefox, IE and Chrome - also had a friend try and sign up for me in case it was a problem with my computer or something, but that didn't work either.

Same here, nothing happens. Chrome, Safari, IE, Firefox OSX and Windows 8.1

okay, so I just tried again and it suddenly worked?? I didn't do anything different. I used Chrome as always and didn't clear my cache/cookies beforehand. I'm not sure if I should mark this topic as closed now, because we didn't really find a solution, did we?

I Have the same issue and have contacted myuniday vainly.

MyuniDay does not replay my support questions and so i cant get verified to get Premium.

 

Rediculous policy of not accepting an NUS card as evidence of student.  As a mature student and taking an online course.  I was refused.  Clearly alienating ligetimate students.

 

 

 I am facing a issue in unidays whenever i am trying to signup my account it shows that we cannot accept your password it is blocked pls tell the solution

Our Premium Student verification process is done through SheerID, not UNiDAYS. If you wish to apply for the discount, follow these steps: 

 

  1. Fill out the SheerID verification form.
  2. Note: If your school’s not listed in this form, you’re not eligible at this time.
  3. You’ll be asked to log into your college/university's portal or to upload proof of your enrollment.
  4. SheerID will email you to confirm eligibility. This can take several days.
  5. Note: If you have eligibility issues, please contact the SheerID support team.
  6. In the confirmation email, you can apply the Premium Student discount to a new or existing Spotify account.

We don't have an affiliation directly with Unidays anymore. However, if you're trying to get an offer with them and need help, you can get in contact with their support team.
