Student Discount problem

I signed up for Spotify premium with a gift card and then realized that I wasn't using my student email since I was signing in with Facebook. So I changed my email on my Facebook to my school one and now on Spotify it also says my school email and then confirmed I was a student but my subscription still shows that I'm paying the standard price.

Welcome to the Community!! The Student plan isn't necessarily handled through your email only, but through www.spotify.com/student. You'll want to navigate there and check your eligibility to sign up.
