Student Discount run out?

Hey,

I'm using Spotify Premium (Student).
I always paid 4,99€ per month. Today they 'booked' 9,99€ from me.
Did my student discount run out? If yes how can I refresh it? I'm still a student.
And why did they not notify me?
Can i get my 4,99€ back? -_-

Regarding the initial problem of the student discount, I'm afraid I can't help there since I don't use it because I don't study in the US....

But you could always contact support for help. They should have a suitable explanation or answer to your problem. 🙂

Thanks for responding, but how can i contact the support? I was seaching for it but I only ended up here...
I found no information about a email-support or hotline.

In the meanwhile I figured out how to activate the student discount again. apperently its only for a duration of 12 months...
I would have appreciated a notification about the ending of my discount -_-

Well, I'm afraid you can't do much now. They ended the discount after your 12th month and it's already been paid for automatically, so I don't think you can receive a refund of any sorts due to you already receiving premium service for the month.

But if you really can't pay for premium anymore, you always could cancel your subscription for the months to come. You can cancel it in Settings > Accounts.
