Student Discount

I originally signed up with a student premium account ($4.99/mo), but now I am being charged $9.99/mo; yet, I'm still a student. How do I alter the settings on my account?

The thing is the Student discount lasts only 12 months. Maybe your discount expired.

I suggest you to sign into the student discount again. And your discount will be applied on your next payment day. ^^

Hi, I signed up for Spotify premium, and later i opted for the student discount. I got a new phone from Vodafone and was given three months' free premium Spotify, which is coming to an end in a few days time. Will it revert back to the original £9.99 per month or will it revert back to the student Spotify I signed up to?

I'm not 100% sure, but i think you need to sign into the Student Discount again.
