Changing Premium Accounts

I have been trying to contact spotify and has emailed spotify for help. I am currently a college student who has been on the Premium account and has been wanting to get switched over to the college one. Is there anyway I can get refunded for the time I have spent on the Premium account since I have been trying to contact spotify to getswitched over?

Hello! To switch over to the student pricing you will want to cancel your current premium subscription through your account page, and then re-enroll for the student discount through this page. Any remaining time you have on your current subscription will remain, and the new pricing will take effect the next time you are billed. Unfortunately there is no way to be refunded for your previous months of premium. Please let me know if there's anything else I could help you with. Cheers!
