Student Discount

So i was on the £5 a month student discount, but when i got a new debit card (lost my old one - typical student) my subscription stopped.

I am now unable to get the student discount again even when i log in with UNIdays

It just says "This feature is unavailable" even though they still advertise it?

It is probably because the system *thinks* the discount is still on your account even though it isn't. If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get you up and running again. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
