Tengo un problema con mi cuenta

Buenos Días,

 

Tras recibir un mensaje de Spotify Payment Failure, he renovado mi subscripción Unlimited. Ya me han cobrado el servicio por este mes pero mi cuenta Spotify no se ha actualizado y me sigue apareciendo como Spotify gratis.
Por favor ¿podéis solventar esta incidencia?

Hey! Apologies for the English reply, we don't have many spanish speakers here on the community. 

I would suggest you get in touch with the Spanish support team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist in Spanish to get this sorted out. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
