Subscription payment

Hi,

 

I have been charged twice for 3 months running, each payment comes out of the 12th of every month. My subscription is £9.99 a month, however I am currently paying £19.98 per month. On your help page it states that you will not be charged for the following month, and your system recognises the extra payment, however this has not happened.

 

Please can you resolve this and refund the £29.97 I am owed as soon as possible?

Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community due to the nature of the details needed. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get this sorted out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
