[Subscription] Can't update account details

Site is refusing to allow me to update my account details so I can carry on paying for my spotify unlimited account and just tries to make me get Premium.  Mailing Support just bounces back my mail, @SpotifyCares is not replying to me, there's no contact number listed on this site and I am not a happy customer. I do not want a Premium account, I'm quite satisfied with what I've got and I've been a subscriber for years. Pls help. Thank you.

Spotify is currently only supporting Free and Premium. These are the only current options, which may be why your account page is not allowing you to update details without upgrading to Premium. 

Try reaching out through Twitter @SpotifyCares or on Facebook with the same handle as well. Any messages sent to Spotify Support are responded to, but it's entirely possible that the replies may be in your spam or junk folder. Take a look there.
