I've subscribed Spotify Premium through my mobile provider offer and it said that I had this feature until June 30th 2016 but when I log to my Spotify account I get a message saying that my premium account will end in April 27th 2016.
How can I manage this situation?

You should check with your cell phone provider about the duration of the Spotify Premium that it offers. It could be that after the proposed time comes in the Spotify site, it could renew in collaboration with your mobile provider automatically.

I changed my premium account to a free account so I can reactivate it again via my provider with a discount.
Spotify says my premium account will end 30/10/2017 but now all my playlists are gone and it looks like i have a free acount allready, while I'm paying till the end of this month.
And if i activate it again will I have my playlists back?

That's not cool. Let's see what is going on. It sounds like you may have logged in a duplicate account. Can you make sure you're logging in the correct account? In this case, I'd recommend taking this survey that can point you out in the right direction.

Hello Kate, subscribers and the community in general!
I am not sure if this is the right place but i just got 3 months subscription in Aus and the expiry date should be about 28 feb or after but the email from spotify states the subscription will end on 3 Jan 2018 yet it is only 1 Dec here in Oz - please help
