I've subscripted to premium paying £9.99 a month, tried logging in and out of my account various times but I still can't get all the premium features? For example, I can't rewind songs when I'm listening to my playlist, and I can only skip a few forward before it says 'you've discovered a premium feature!' Or something like that. Please give me some ideas on why this may be happening? If not, I can't find a helpline number anywhere?
