I bought Spotify premium 5 times and I restarted the app and re downloaded it and it still says I'm on free. What do I do?

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchases? In it, it shows your Spotify username:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

You can login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
 
 

In there you can cancel if you want to, and check your payment info.

I did not get a receipt. They just charged my card and when I redid it, it just said there is another purchase would you like to see etc. then when I press continue it just takes me back to the card info imput. Then it charges my card.

Did you setup your account through Facebook?

Yes I setup with Facebook

Try to login with Facebook, but in the username box type your email address and then type the password, let me know if this helps.

It still says subscription free

There is somekind of an issue then which I can not solve, maybe your subscription didn't go through somehow. 

 

I recommend you to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

 
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there, you can also Tweet / DM @SpotifyCares.
 
After you get your Premium working I highly recommend you to Disconnect Facebook because it is causing a huge amount of issues for every user.

Also did you check your Spam/Junk folders also?

I did check I got nothing
