I have two spotify accounts an old one and a new one. I currently use my new one but I have both log in information for both accounts. My problem is that my old account has my premium access on it and I would like to move the premium account from my old one to my new one

Hey! Keep in mind that the guys at Spotify can't transfer subscriptions between accounts. They can help you cancel your Premium, although you can also do it here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/ (as long as it's not through iTunes or a partner such as your mobile carrier, in which case you'll need to contact them directly), and then you need to sign up for Premium again on your new account. What they can do is to move your music and followers over. They can also issue a refund of your last payment if it's been less than 14 days after your payment was made. 

 

I'd recommend you to contact them via Twitter as it's faster. @spotifycares

They'll help you merge both of your accounts. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
