Hello. I have a really frustrating problem. I had premium spotify on my android device and i paid regularly each month via visa and everything was going just fine until this month (march). It says that my payment doesn't go through (i have money in my account before anyone asks) and i tried to re-do the steps so i start paying again and get my premium back. It fails every single time without a reason. It says that my provider is down or something. If anyone can help i'd appriciate it. Thanks!

Hey @Tsialis,

 

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
