Import/Export likes/saved music

I would like to know is there a way to export music from current song list/library/playlist from 1 account and then import them from another account?

I currently have 2 accounts with 2 different emails. My primary email is active with a Spotify account that is not active at all, while my secondary email is not active with an active Spotify account.

I want to use my primary email and Spotify account with music in my secondary email with current Spotify account list

Fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you migrate your library, playlists, friends, etc. from your old account to your active one.
