Suddenly can't log into Spotify with facebook account (incorrect username/password)

I've been using Spotify with my Facebook account daily. All of the sudden today I could not log in. I'm logged into my facebook account but when I click on "log into Spotify" on play.spotify.com the button vibrates and then it says "incorrect username and password"

What's going on? How do I fix it?

Can you try logging in with your facebook e-mail and password and see if the issue persists?

Hey @heartx3jess,

Did you try resetting your password? Here is how to do so:

Reset your password

1. Log out of the Spotify app and website.
2. Go to the password reset page.
3. Enter your email address or username in Email address or username.
4. Click SEND.
5. Check your email inbox for an email from us with the subject “Reset your password”.
6. Click the link in the e-mail.
7. Type your new password in New password.
8. Type your new password again in Repeat new password.
9. Click SET PASSWORD.
