Suspected Bot Activity. How do I stop a particular user from following me?

I recently noticed that I have a new follower who has not suscribed to any of my playlists.  Upon investigating the follower I noticed that the user has followed a large number of users ~5k many of which have no public playlists or only a few or a single followers.  I suspect that the user has a BOT scripted to crawl spotify users and add them to their following list (intentions unknown at this point)...  Is there any way for me to stop a particular user from following me?  In a related note, what is spotify's stance towards user privacy?

Currently you have no control over who is allowed to follow your profile, however an idea about giving you the power to remove people has been marked as "Watch this Space" over on the ideas exchange here so something might be coming soon! 

As for user privacy, it is outlined in the privacy policy you agree to when you register.
