Switched payment details to go through Spotify but nothing changed

Where exactly am I saving 30%? It was $11.29 on iTunes and I just got charged the exact same amount after switching my payment to go through Spotify?

Hey kbrooksc! Thanks for the reply. But I am quite sure that I fully switched my payment to go through Spotify. Before the payment went through iTunes and through iTunes I always receive a receipt which I haven't been sent. I do see that Spotify says it's $9.99 + taxes. Was that there before? I don't recall seeing that. But if it was, I'm still not seeing where I'm saving 30%?

Maybe it's applicable to mention that I'm a Canadian user. Is it more expensive in Canada?
