TWO UNRELATED ACCOUNTS LINKED - Missing Playlists

I don't know how or when it happened, but this morning I tried to log onto my Spotify account and all my playlists were gone, instead I had all my roommates playlists on the lefthand side. I tried logging out and back in (using my Facebook information) and it logged me back in, but said that my username was my roommates (CSoroudi) and had all of her account information, playlists, etc. yet was MY Facebook picture and says that it was my name. 

I need my playlists back and to somehow disconnect these two accounts. I was a paying Premium member and not even my credit card information is showing up on "my" account. I tried deleting the apps on my iPhone AND computer, and still it thinks everything is my roommate's information EXCEPT my Facebook.
