Talking with Support Staff

Dear all,

 

I have a problem with my account, I would like to talk to one of the spotify staff members.

Do you know how to contact them by phone in UK?

 

They have stopped answering my tweets, I feel so frustrated, I am a customer that pays and requires assistant and they treat me like a kid.

Please let me know how to effectively contact a member of the support staff.

 

I just would like to solve my problem, I am an honest person with no intentions of disturbing or not respecting the support staff, but I think they are not respecting me with this behaviour.

Yes, someone contacted, but they didn't manage to solve my problem yet.

Is it possible to be assisted? The guy identified my problem, asked me for confirmation, I told him what to do but it's been 8 hours and he's not done it yet.

I don't understand why your service is so slow, considering that my support request started 2 days ago by Twitter...

 

Could you please speed up the solution of my problem?

@user-removed - Unfortunately once it hits the CS systems there isn't a lot community support can do to speed things along.

Hang in there, they will get back to you as soon as they can.

I don't have anymore credit card for payment..

Is there another way of payment?

I'd like to continues with the spotify.

A giftcard can be bought, or through a mobile provider, depending of your country.

Is there anyway of talking to a human?? I pay for these services and either want to use them or be refunded

To get in touch with someone from Spotify, you should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
