I cannot believe it is so difficult to get support from Spotify!

I have a family premium membership, but when my family tries to log in to their own account Spotify websites are not loading correctly and the message about the CSRF token continues to pop up EVERY TIME! We have tried to reset the password on an android phone, on an iPhone, on a MacBook and a PC. I have cleared my cookies, caches, and history on all above devices. We have also tried private browsers and copy and paste the address bar!! NOTHING WORKS!!!!!!! AND SPOTIFY CANNOT BE REACHED!!!!!!!!!!! I just want us to all be able to listen to music at the same time!!!

It's not cool that this happens. You could try logging out of every device here. Also, make sure you log out from spotify.com too. Try clearing the cache and cookies one more time and then, give it another shot.
