The Your Library is missing

I changed the email of an account I made a while back and confirmed the new email to the old one but when I made a new account with the email from the old account, it wouldn't show the your library. It only lets me make playlists and I can't save anything because it's missing. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Any way to opt out of this?! one of the "features" is upgrading to premium to listen to an album while letting me look at some suggested playlists I don't care about. while my original account lets me not only BROWSE artist albums (why is this basic feat taken away in a new/other account) but also shuffle play! I'm glad I didn't delete my first account or I'd lose my mind.
