The gift card code is incorrect

I was on the store and buy a gift card spotify premium 1 mounth but the code on the back wasnt right. The giftcard is brand new and I went back to the store and they try to fix the problem and the re activate it but the problem is still going on so i went back again with the same card and the same problem and they told me that I need to contact spotify to fix this problem because thay cant do anything. I have all the details to solve this issue but they will not help me. Now Iam writing here.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to check that out for you. Just be sure to include the code when you get in touch.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
