Third-party services doesn't work on my account

Third-party services doesn't work on my account

I usually sort the track order in my playlists using the third party service Sort Your Music. It have always worked until recently. My playlists doesn't show up anymore, instead I get the message "Sorry, I couldn't find your playlists". I also tried to pre-save a track (using another service) to one of my playlists, but the playlists still doesn't show up.

 

I revoked access to all third-party services and approved them again, but it still doesn't work. I made another Spotify account, and the services I use work perfectly on it.

 

Does anyone have a solution for this problem? I'd be very grateful if someone could help me fixing this.

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

 

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account behind the scenes and see what's going on

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
