Why has my Spotify Premium account not transferred to my new devices, I have thousands of tunes on it but the old phone of course can' t last forever. If you login your account and all your music should be there to enjoy no matter what device you are using, Can anyone give me a definitive answer? Thanks

Log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

Logout of the app in your devices, and be sure to use that username, and not your email address, to login back to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
