My Question or Issue

 

I have a premium account, how to log in after logging out, by default they direct me to a free account and send me to pay for premium

You should be able to log in after logging out. If you're unable to, send me a screenshot of what's happening when you try to log in and we'll go from there.

After changing the password, I logged in as normal, but I no longer have the premium version, only the free version, if necessary, I can confirm the payment. Can I somehow assign the premium version?

Hey @Pawel_G,

 

Thanks for the info. When you check your Receipts page here, do you see the payment you made for Premium there? If so, send me a screenshot of that (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community)


Also, on your account page, what does your subscription status say?

Maybe the problem is that I logged in earlier via Facebook and now I can't because I have a new Facebook account? I have a payment confirmation from my account for premium options.
