Troubles to update my payment data

As much as I try to update my payment terms several times still can't manage to do it, even trying three different browsers, still can not get past the update phase of my personal data. Does anyone know how to help me?

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
