Trying to cancel but you won't let me. Isn't that called theft!!!

Trying to cancel but you won't let me. Isn't that called theft!!!

I'm trying to cancel my premium account, so I go to https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/account/subscription/ and the only option is to upgrade to premium.  Looking at my overview it is saying I'm on free.  Yet on my devices it is showing that I am on premium.  I was also charged December 21st, with proof showing at https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/account/subscription/receipt/.  

 

All I want to do is stop paying for this service.  Please fix this glitch.

This doesn't sound right. You can use the contact form to get in touch with a Spotify staff member to check this for you.
After you've send the form, if you receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages, please make sure to reply to it, even though it's a no-reply, to bump up your case.
