Trying to log into my account and it is saying I’m offline check connection

im Trying to log into my account it’s saying offline check connection I’ve also tried login in Facebook and keeps saying login failed

Hello @Kiaraa! Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. 

 

It sounds like your experiencing this Ongoing Issue. No worries though, Spotify's aware of this and, hopefully, it'll be solved as soon as possible. In the meantime, feel free to try this workaround: When you get the Please go online to connect to Spotify, just hit cancel > delete password > re-enter password > log in. If that doesn't do the trick, I'd also recommend having a clean reinstall of the app .
