Trying to subscribe to Premium, stuck in paypal loop

Trying to sign up for premium and Paypal seems to process the transaction but then lands me back here:

As though it did not go through. Checked my paypal history, no transaction occured. Previously I had created an account with facebook and successfully subscribed to premium on that account, however I did not want to be attached to facebook anymore and cancelled. Now it will not let me subscribe to premium on my new account. Any idea whats going on?

I'd recommend using a different payment method.

i solved the problem by purchasing an online giftcard and sending it to myself
