Hi I won this weeks 6 months free spotify comp on twitter (emmaljonesbz) I've just had the discount code DM to me and have logged in with my account details. However for some reason the free 6 months has been added to my Mum's account. My Mum's account details are as follows:

 

username/ID 115726970

date 2014-01-30 17:51 UTC

Order ID 316004926010

 

I can't DM anyone back as @spotifyuk are no longer following me. The 6 months should be added to my account not my Mum's. How can this be corrected?

Hi there @emmaljonesbz and welcome to the community!

 

You will have to contact the payments team using the Support Form from your Mum's account, with the account you want to transfer the premium too.

 

They may transfer it over, although they aren't under any obligation to do so (I don't see why they wouldn't though!).

Thanks have just contacted them. Not very helpful response as they state to get in touch on twitter or ask for help on here 😞

It sounds like you received an autoresponse. Not to worry, just reply directly to that email and an advisor will be back in touch ASAP.
