Hi.

 

I a premium subscription on one account, then I tried to connect to facebook with that account, but instead it created a new account with facebook.


Now I cannot merge those accounts, or delete the facebook account.


What can I do to connect my premium account to my facebook account?


I have tried to push the manual connect to facebook from the premium account, but nothing happens

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can get this sorted for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I was trying to find the contact form from the help menu. Didn't find it. I thought they didn't want people to send in help and wanted to use the forum.

Hi, I am having the same problem, but Spotify is not responding to me! I am replying and sending in online contact forms and no help. I have been trying for over 2 days to get a hold of someone, and it is frustrating. Somehow a new account was made, and I can't use my Spotify premium. Please help me!

I used the link provided in this post and they responded within a few days.

If you post your case # from the email you got from noreply here, one of the Rock Stars can chase it up for you and have someone take a look at your case. The case # should be in the subject of the emails you received.

This is what I think was in my case number at least, or what was in my subject line:

I am trying to retrieve the account  1210212872. 

I have two accounts, one with my google e-mail and one with facebook, however when I try to connect with the one from facebook the google one seems to connect. I would like my google spotify account deleted and just keep the one with facebook. I have already sent three messages through the contact form, asking for spotify to erase such account but nothing has happened yet, it has already been 3 weeks since this.

@birdsofeather @user-removed - Could you guys just confirm you replied directly to the automated email with the case number in it? If not, do that now and that will ensure your case is still open in the system.
