Hello,
I'm going to try to be decent in this message as I know it's not your fault this happened but I'm furious!
I signed up for a FREE trial and sent you an email canceling well before the required time but still got charged so I sent another email about that and since then I've been sending emails CLEARLY TO NO AVAIL every single time you guys charge me and you just charged me AGAIN AND I'M FURIOUS!!!! By now yourrcompany has managed to charge my credit card MANY times now. I can't check exactly how much money Spotify has stolen from me either because of course there is no way to find that info either and I'm just not going to waste any more time on this! You guys have been taking my money without authorization and I see if as total, plain and simple stealing.

You people have easy access to my info so figure it out. And maybe of toy had a PHONE NUMBER like most legit businesses this wouldn't have had to happen! Who doesn't have phone customer support today?? RIDICULOUS!

I want my account canceled and I want a refund of ALL the money I was charged that was NOT authorized!!!! AND I EXPECT THIS TO BE IMMEDIATE!

Do you have a case number for your emails we can look up? 

This is happening to me but cannot get help from Spotify sick of it and also want to unsubscribe and get all my money back. Help please. 

Hi, I'm being charged for something I don't use or need, I subscribed to free then cancelled, but am still being charged.....for what I was on free, just checked still am, I want to cancell with full refund but try getting hold of anyone. Day light robbers.

I know! This is ridiculous! This company just doesn't care if what they're
doing is legal or whether or not people are unhappy! To blatantly rip us
off like that is ludicrous! And what company doesn't advertise a phone
number?!
If this has happened to anyone else, please, we need to hear from you as
