Unable to add songs to a Playlist

Hi guys,

 

I currently use the Triple J app to add songs directly into a playlist "Found on the Triple J app." Up until a few days ago, I was able to add songs directly to this playlist straight from the radio. However, whilst it states that the song was added successfully, my playlist does not adjust accordingly (despite only having 812 songs)

I'm not too sure where to start to rectify this.

I really want to help but i'm having a hard time understanding the meaning of your question.

Thank you so much for trying to help.

So, I will simplify it for you (please see attached screenshots).

 

 

Screen Shot 1: I use a radio station app called Triple J (name of the radio station) which allows the listener to save songs played on the various radio stations directly to a Spotify playlist.

 

SS2: When I find a song I want to add, I select the "Add to" button and it will give me a list of existing playlists (as outlined in SS3).

 

SS4: After I choose the designated playlist, it will state that the track was added succesfully. However, as you can see it was not added to the playlist.

Hey there!

 

I'll try to help you out here. Are you able to add songs to that playlist directly from Spotify? Also, which devices does this happen on? Can you try having a clean reinstall of the app to see if that does the trick?

Hi, it happened to me with FIP, a French radio.
When I asked them, they were having that issue, after a new update, it became operative again.
Try:
- check for any updates of your apps.
- reinstall apps and reconnect to Spotify.
- ask the app's support for an extra clue.
