Unable to cancel 30 day premium trial via phone provider

Unable to cancel 30 day premium trial via phone provider

PLEASE HELP!!

I joined the 30 day premium trial last week and now want to cancel as im just not using it enough. I followed the instructions and contacted my phone provider and they cannot see anything on my account even though i have a recipt from Spotify!. They said they can only help once a payment has been made!. 

What is the point of putting 'You can cancel anytime' when it is untrue.

Very frustrated and unhappy!!

Hi,

 

How did you get a Spotify Premium trial with your phone provider? Did your phone provider advertise this?

 

If you created your account on the Spotify website, cancelling your subscription should easily be done through your Spotify account page here .

 

If that's not possible, you can try and end the subscription through your phone carriers website by logging into your account. 

 

Make sure to document everything in case this doesn't get solved.

|Hi there it was in the payment options. 'Pay via phone' or 'pay on card' (I think)/ I though it was easiert to pay via my phone, meaning the 9.99 will just come out with my direct debit phone bill at the end of the month.

I have an order ID yet my phone provider cannot see anything, it seems i have to wait until the 9.99 comes out for me to be able to cancel!!
