Unable to change country setting

My Question or Issue

I moved from USA to India few months ago. And I am not able to change country setting

Country setting:

I tried changing the country setting. But, it is grayed out i.e disabled. I used to have facebook login. But, then I changed it to email/password login and then removed the facebook login option. It still wont let me change the country. Please see screenshot.

Payment Card:

When I try to add an indian payment card, it says payment and country does not match. 

Addresses:

When I try to change the address, it only allows me to add a US address.

I think I will need to contact spotify support. Do they have an email ?

Hi!

You have to go to payment management(or "manage the credit card") and change the country first ( click the little text under the payment options). After changing the country you can change the payment and then wait with old settings before the new payment goes on with new settings.

Hi, 

I've moved to a new country and want to update my country and payment details but neither allows me to proceed. Changing the country from my account page is just unavailable (not click-able), and when I try to add a payment card issued in my new country of residence it says "card issuing country doesn't match with yours". Any recommendations on how to solve this?
