My Question or Issue
Since almost a month now, whenever I use my Spotify on Cellular Data, It doesn't seem to work. It shows, "No internet connection available." However, on WiFi, it absolutely works fine. Also, it's just the issue with Spotify. Every other app works just fine. I hope you see and can help me ASAP.

Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way you can start afresh with Spotify on your device.

I have done multiple clean reinstalls. I have done a factory reset of the phone. Problem persists. I have to go to phone settings , open the app and "delete storage" to get it to work. That fixes it until the next time I try to open the app. Please help. Everything else works on phone. Motog6.

Can you try logging in to a different mobile device and let us know if the issue persists? Also, try logging in to a different account, like a friend's or relative's, on your phone and let us know if there's any difference. This would help us determine if this is an account or device related issue.

While logged in to your friend's account, try closing the app and opening it again to see if you can replicate the issue with that account.
Additionally, can you confirm if that only happens when using mobile data? Does it work properly when using a WiFi network?
If possible, try it on another phone to see if the issue persists. We'd like to narrow down the possible cause of the issue and check if this is rather network-related.

Just to confirm, were you able to test this with a computer?
Also, could you let us know the exact OS version on your phone and the Spotify version you're currently running?

Its literally the same for me, on my pc it works completely fine ,but on my phone on wifi connection the app says no internet connection, on mobile data works completely fine.

Check if the app's allowed to access your Wifi network. This can be done in your phone's settings > Apps > Spotify. If it's already enabled, try clearing the app's cache and data, or reinstalling it by following these steps to see if that would do the trick.

Hi! I'm facing this problem as well. Cleared cache, cleared data, rsstared my phone and even reinstalled the app. It still only works under wifi condition and not on mobile data.

Changing tunes, let us know if the issue persists when logging in with a different device.

Hi! I'm facing the same problem. I've reinstalled, cleared cache, cleared data and also restarted my phone. It still works with only WiFi and not cellular data.

As @AndresM has mentioned, could you check if the issue persists when logging in with a different device?
We'd also like to know if this is account specific, so could you either have anyone else log themselves into your Spotify app or could you create a free account for testing purposes and see if anything changes?
