Unable to find Premium Account

Unable to find Premium Account

I had a premium subscription that I am now unable to log into. For some reason, I got logged off of Spotify and I've tried everything to try to recover the account to no avail. It keeps saying that none of the email addresses I entered are attached to a Spotify account so I had to register for another one. The last payment made for the subscription was dated April 24, 2019. Is there any other way to recover that previous account somehow? The previous username profile was under ay3lka.

Hey @ay3lka, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

 

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence.
