My Question or Issue

Hi, I've been using spotify on PS3 console quite a lot, however few moths back I switched to PS4 and I'm unable to run/log in on spotify app ever since. It says that this account is linked to another existing psn account already. I've tried everything from reseting pasword to reseting psn account and nothing seems to be working. Any advice what to do about this issue would help, thank you.

Just to confirm, are you logging into the same PlayStation Network (PSN) account on your PS4 as you did on your PS3?

Hi, thanks for reply, anyways, to your question. Yes, I've been trying to login on PS4 with same PSN account as did on PS3. However after numerous atempts I am always ending up with note, that this PSN account is already linked to another exiting account.

Thanks for getting back to us.

Could you try going to your account overview page here, clicking on Apps, and then removing access to your PSN account? Then try logging into your Spotify account again and see if it works.
