Unable to log in because of Facebook casulites

I can no longer log in to my spotify account because it is linked with an alternative Facebook acctount i use. That account have been deactivated because it was an alternative account I belive. Either way, on that spotify account I am a premium subscriber and i need to either be able to access the account again or somehow unsubscribe to premium.

Is there possibly any simple solution? (This is not the account I am having casulties with, if I didn't make that clear. This is just an old account I have)

I am currently logged into an account I deactivated on Facebook. Someone tell me how that makes sense. Im so lost? This is set up so incredibly inadequate.  The facebook account THAT DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE is associated with my spotify account even though I deleted that facebook account. Maybe that makes sense to someone else, but I literally don't have Facebook anymore and its still saying my credentials are associated with my Facebook account. The best part is when it offers me to go to "facebook .com" to change my settings. -.-

All this bs just to listen to music when I can go to grooveshark or make youtube playlists where both won't interupt me with exasperatingly obnoxious Ads that have literally never interested me a single time. 

If I'm not allowed to use my same email address and password that I use for everything else then I'll be on my way and Spotify will lose yet another unhappy customer who spends their money on "Premium".

If it is letting you login using your facebook credentials it probably reactivated your facebool account. That's what did to me. I tried to deactivate my facebook but as soon as I opened spotify it came back from the dead, very obnoxious. So I tried restricting all of my facebook settings and it screwed up my Spotify account and I can't even log into that now. This facebook/spotify thing is garbage.
