Hi there,

I had a Spotify Account, linked to facebook, with Spotify Unlimited. I'm paying 5€ for this every month. 

 

Today I started Spotify on my computer, like all the time, and I was not logged in. So I logged in again with my facebook account. After loging in the normal window of Spotify opened and then a nother smarter window over the actual one. It said "agree to rules" and "already have an account" or "create new account" - but I was already loged in because i saw my facebook picture on the top in the right corner, but i didnt saw any of my playlists.

When i chosed "already have an account" and again tried to log in with my facebook log in it said "there is no such account" and when i closed this smaller window it closed whole spotify-programm.

 

also when i log in here on the website of spotify with my facebook account it sais in the seetings that i have the free test version everyone gets when he logs in in spotify with a new facebook account for the first time. where is my unlimited version i am paying for and where are my playlists?!

 

What the hell is going wrong here? I'm paying money for this and nothing is working! -.-

Sounds like your Facebook account has either been duplicated or the link has been broken to your real Spotify account. Do you have a dedicated Spotify username or was your account created using Facebook?

i created my spotify account using facebook

Sounds like the connection between your Facebook login and your true behind the scenes Spotify account has been broken somehow. You need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get it restored. 🙂

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
