Unable to log in on any device

All of the sudden I'm unable to log into my premium account. It isn't linked to my Facebook and I can't access the email that I linked to my account. Maybe this is the reason why my account is unaccessable, as I haven't been able to use this email for about 4 years. The other day I was suddenly signed out while listening to music.

When I open spotify on my laptop and try logging in, it seems to work as the usual screen opens, but after about 5 seconds it returns to the log in screen where it says that the username or password is incorrect.

What can I do about this situation?

Hi @maxdeckers thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

I think this is the sort of thing that's going to require some technical involvement from Spotify care who you can reach on this anonymous form, it won't require your details so it won't matter if you don't know the email etc. They should be able to help you out.
