Unable to login to spotify account connected to unused email

I have an account that was made sometime between 2013-2015 and it has a Spotify account that was made with the email address. I was somehow able to login to the account back in 2020 but now I can't login to the email account because it's no longer under my name, which means I can't login to my Spotify account. Does anybody know if there is a way for me to login to the Spotify account to delete it?

If you no longer have access to the old email and can't log into the app, the best thing to do would be reaching out directly to our Support team here. They'll be able to check things backstage and provide further help if possible.
