Unable to reset password

I put in my username, and it sends the password reset, but I never get the email. I used to use one of my emails with that account, but now it says "that account is not active."  I just made a new account (free) with that email address and it worked, but I still cannot access my premium account with that old address. How can I reset it?

Hello,

this problem is still not solved and I have received 0 support. My account was somehow cancelled, and when I enter the email it says there's no account info valid for that email address. I have a premium membership!
