Listen Everywhere
Hey there! You can manually remove devices from Spotify on your account page here and clicking Offline devices on the left.
Click "Remove" on the PS4, and you should be good to go!

Have you tried force-logging out of all devices using the "Sign out everywhere" button near the bottom of the page here?
