Unable to sign in

Unable to sign in

Are there issues effecting the Android App where by the username and password login isn't processed correctly?  I know the username and password are correct as if I change it I'm told it's wrong. The message I get is that my email address is already registered with an if it thinks I'm trying to register and not login. Tried the obvious removing all data, cache data and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
