Unable to update country setting

Unable to update country setting

Hi,

 

My account is based in US, now I'm in Australia but it is locked and does not allow me to update it under my account settings.

I've messaged support and did not hear anything back. How else would I be able to change my country settings when there is only US available in the dropdown menu?

Hey @longtruongholle!

 

Could you try logging in to the web player first and play some music? Please majke sure you're connected to a network with an Australian IP address. This should help them detect you're in Australia.

 

Then head over to your Account Overview and see if the dropdown menu will now show Australia.

It doesn't let me login at all, says my country does not match my account settings, link me to profie settings and country is still locked to US.
