Unable to upgrade to premium

Unable to upgrade to premium

I have tried multiple to upgrade to premium but it keeps saying it cant process my order i have enough funds on my cards, im in the same country my card is in, and i have tried multiple browsers to try upgrade... pls help

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

As you say your card is from the country you live in, and you already have tried to use another browser.. The only thing I can ask you to try is; have you already tried to use the incognito (private) mode of your browser?

 

Otherwise, I think the best thing you can do is to get in touch with Spotify so they can check out what's going wrong with your account/subscription.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
