Unblock a friend

Around Christmas I accidently blocked one of my best friends and I have not found a way to unblock him.  Can anyone please help me?!

Hi guys,

There isn't a way to entirely block a user at the minute, did you delete these friends from the People list down the right of your Spotify at all?

You should be able to re-add them. If you're connected to Facebook, and they're your friend on Facebook, they should still appear in your People section in the top left of your Spotify. You'll be able to 'Add them to Favorites' from here. If you're not connected to Facebook, you'll be able to search for them from your Spotify search bar. Just input 'spotify:user:USERNAME', and they should pop up.

The only way that worked for me is to ask my friend to send in a song to my inbox

Thanks Sam. I've tried that but I have no idea what his user name is. We are friends on Facebook. He posts stuff from Spotify on FB every so often. How do I find his username on Spotify? Thanks!!

Myamazaki - Head onto Facebook and pay his profile a visit. If you then find the 'Music' section on his profile, you should then see some of his listening activity. Just click on one of his playlists, and it should open up in your Spotify. You'll be able to subscribe to him by clicking on his name here.
