Unidays half price for students error

About a week ago i filled in the unidays email to recieve another year at half price. All went well and i recieved an email telling me my discounted price would continue. This morning I have checked my bank and i have been charged the full £9.99.

I've tried to find a contact us link to inform them and request a refund but i cant find one. Can anybody point me in the right direction, three weeks before the next student loan day is not a good time to be paying more than I expected to be.
